Welcome to Fort Carson's Grant Library!
The Grant Library serves the educational, research, and recreational needs
of the Fort Carson Community by providing an array of materials and services.
The book collection is diverse, with over 55,000 volumes on a wide range of
subjects, including children’s books. Over 150 periodicals and newspapers
are available in the library, with access to thousands more through various
online databases.
The audiovisual collection contains several hundred videocassette
titles, DVD’s, compact discs, audiocassette tapes and books on tape
and CD. Librarians are available to help find materials and assist in research,
both in the library and online. The library’s computer lab has thirty-six
Internet terminals and four word processing computers. In addition, the
library has, private study rooms, a large conference room, and a pay copier
for the public. The library also provides free wireless internet access
for laptop users.
